LCWR Resolution to Action: Immigration Reform and Life and Death on the Border

The Senate recently passed S.744:  The Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act.  This bill is a "mixed bag" with both positive aspects as well as other measures which threaten border communities.

Attention now is on the House of Representatives as they debate immigration reform
