On page 96 of Engage it states that, “We all have the seeds of love and compassion in our minds, and we can develop these fine and wonderful sources of energy. We can nurture the unconditional love that does not expect anything in return and therefore does not lead to anxiety and sorrow.” To me, it relates to this blog from when it said “…many unaccompanied children flee to the US every year with nowhere else to turn.” These children do not want anything, but love and compassion from another human being; they could careless about material products. We should show all innocent children unconditional love and not expect anything in return as well just out of the compassion in our hearts.
