Become A Laudato Si Animator!

Pope Francis reminds us in Laudato Si that we each have a role in tackling the environmental crisis. That YOU have a key role.  It is an exciting invitation...and a challenge.

If you are ready to step up and help bring Laudato Si to life in your community we invite you to join our newly forming Laudato Si Animators program sponsored by the Global Catholic Climate Movement. Laudato Si Animators will help promote the Laudato Si message in their local communities, whether that be a parish, school, religious congregation, lay group, youth organization, retreat center, Boy Scout troop, or more.

As a Laudato Si Animator, you will:

•    Join a global network of Catholics committed to bringing Laudato Si to life


•    Help your community listen to the Pope’s encyclical message and put it into practice, starting with the coordination of your Laudato Si Week event(s)


•    Participate in online trainings with experts and environmental leaders to help you organize your Laudato Si Week event(s)


•    Be the first one to receive the latest resources, breaking news and fresh ideas to bring Laudato Si to life


•    Be able to share your experiences and ideas through optional conference calls and online groups.


•    Receive recognition on our website as a Laudato Si Animator and receive an online certificate of completion after Laudato Si Week.


Note: you don’t need to be an expert of any sort to sign up as a Laudato Si Animator. We need enthusiastic and interested individuals of ALL ages, walks of life and backgrounds to bring Laudato Si to life. The environmental crisis affects everyone and requires everyone to take action.
