I’m thinking about having a contest to see if we can find the most trashed-out piece of public property in Texas – the place where thoughtless, lazy, arrogant, shameless, irresponsible and otherwise odious individuals dump/leave/toss the biggest piles of litter.
Sadly, we do not lack for possible winners.
The lower reaches of Buffalo Bayou after a good rain washes tons of discarded cups, bottles, cans and assorted garbage into Houston’s signature waterway certainly could be a player. The rafts of floating garbage in the bayou after a rain are mind boggling. READ MORE.
